- Standard/normal (weekdays only): Less than 72 hours, $.40 per page
- Rush: Less than 48 hours, $.60 per page
- Expedite: Less than 24 hours, $.80 per page
- Same Day: 12 hours or less, $1.00 per page

Rates are based on a standard, 25-line page. An additional $.03 per page will be added for 28-line pages.
If you have a rush or expedite job, contact me as soon as possible to be sure I am available to meet your deadline. Rush, expedite, and same-day turnarounds are accepted every day, subject to availability.
If your job is longer than 200 pages, please send me the file in batches of 40 to 50 pages. This way, as you are working on one section, I can be working on a different section at the same time.
Generally, my working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. If you submit a transcript outside of my working hours, its receipt time will default to 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the next business day.
Turnaround times are based upon when I receive the PDF transcript via email. Weekends are not included in standard/normal turnaround time. Any transcripts received on Saturday or Sunday will default to 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Monday.
Please be sure the transcript you submit is a final and edited version. Proofing an unedited or poorly scoped transcript not only takes more time but may actually make it more difficult for me to catch all of the errors. I reserve the right to charge an additional fee for “dirty” transcripts. An additional $.10 per page will be charged for transcripts with excessive errors. I will contact you before assessing these additional charges.
